Just started this and really hate plain vegetables i know we cant use butter but any ideas what would be a good alternative

Olive oil and sea salt are good places to start.

Pepper, a small amount of honey, a small of butter is acceptable unless you're completely avoiding dairy, coconut milk, garlic...

Depends how dairy affects you...... for me any milk, butter or cheese makes me nauseous, which is why i avoid it altogether. If you're OK with it, and don't mind being not 100% paleo correct, then a litle butter will be fine.

just want to drop the weight and after 5days on the Caveman i do feel differant...i don't crave sugar in the evenings like i did only a week ago. and i can go all day with just water fruit and a small amount of almonds
