Hi,

Thank you in advance for any help on my questions!

I am looking to start this but I'm not sure what to go an buy in the store, and what grazing actually means?? I think if I was to get a bag of nuts I would just continually keep eating them unconsciously! I know if a lifestyle change and just wondering if anyone had any tips on breaking the habit?

Another one is the stage 1 feast? I wouldn’t say I'm always eating junk food(I eat a lot alot of chicken and veg stir fries) but I do eat things like pizzas and Indian/Thai curries on occasion....am I being completely blind or does this sound like its not terrible?? And I don't think if I was to eat pizza or curry every night that I would get sick of it(aware this may sound silly). So basically wondering if I should do stage one and try and vary my meals between junk and health foods?

Thanks again for ANY response!

You could start at stage 2 but still do the grazing thing...... grazing means little and often....... if you think you'll eat too many nuts/seeds at a time, stick rigidly to a handfull, then put the packet away in a cupboard. Make yourself a long list of all the foods you can eat ( all meats and fish, most fruit and some veggies)..... then you can go shopping and plan some menu ideas....... take a look at the thread that xclusive has done with the photos of their meals...... that will give you some ideas to get started.

You may find you have a headache in the first week..... it's perfectly normal and willgo away. Drink plenty of water.

Good luck Smiley

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
