Hello all,

I just finished my first day of this diet and so far i am pretty pleased. I had my "feast" at 5pm but now at 8:15 i am starting to get hungry. Is this normal? Should i plan my feast closer to when i plan on going to sleep?

Throughout the day today i had a couple handfuls of Planters Lightly Salted Mixed nuts, a few strawberries and 2 apples. Is this pretty much normal for throughout the day or should i cut back some? I just want to make sure im starting off correctly so i dont have to make some serious adjustments on like the 3rd or 4th week.

The main reason i started this diet is because i am going into the Army Reserve and i need to lose around 50 lbs before i can leave for boot camp.

6'2
266 lbs

Any advice or modifcations i should make would be most welcome.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe you didn't feast enough.

I would say the amount you were grazing on is fine, though try and find unsalted nuts...... If you're still hungry after your feast, then yes you could try having it a bit later. Maybe not a good idea to eat more though, as you'll be stretching your stomach by over filling it.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
