Hey everyone, I've been dieting some eating much healthier than I previously did, but I have also started cross fit and training for a boxing match coming up in about 2.5 months. I was wondering if starting this diet now would be good or if I should hold off until after my fight.

hi mate

i also do alot of cross fit (crossfitnortheastengland.com) and found the my time's have come down and my strength has went up

don't think we worried about fighting that big cat back in the day Grin  eating the way we should.

look at that man that your going to fight as your food that you need for your meal that night and  that ya cave woman will leave ya if you don't smash his skull in and drag him home to eat

Lol alright, thanks. I suppose I will talk to my father(also my trainer) and see what he says, but thanks for the motivation for the fight lol.
