I all ready eat healthy and my wife doesn't she liked this diet and I liked the idea too (although I do love pasta). I work out daily in the gym and the tennis court, I'm not looking to lose much to any weight should I go through the three steps or just do the third. The only thing that I cut out of my diet was milk and cheese, I only eat pasta once a month. I was just curious on the plan. I might go through the three stages just to help my wife along.

Sounds like yo can go straight to stage 3 - but the other half may be best starting at stage 1 progressing to 2 and 3 using the guidelines provided.  May be a bit of torture for you during stage 1 though if you eat together regularly!!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
