I love my friends and co-workers!  However, my friend bought me a breakfast taco, barbacoa on corn tortilla with tomatoes and onions. I'm Mexican American and grew up on this kind of food.  Could I resist?  NOoooo...

Then, we go to a meeting at noon and a 3 meat pizza was ordered. I love meat, but I'm also a carb addict!  Could I resist?  NOoooo...  My only consolation is that I drank water instead of pop.   Embarrassed

I have forgiven myself and am moving on.  I just don't want this to become a habit.  Any thoughts and words of wisdom?

One or two tacos is not a very bad cheat. It's all Paleo except the corn meal in the tortillas. I have tacos or fajitas every once in a while. Spices and peppers are good for us.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
