I am going on my fourth week tomorrow, when will the weight lose start. I've only lost about 10 pounds in that three weeks. Although that is good I feel it should be better due to the fact that I started at 343 pounds. Just wondering what you guys thoughts are or if someone else is going through or has went through not losing ALOT of weight. I will stick with it but thought I should be losing more. Thanks for any advise.

Hiya,

For what its worth, I do not think I lost too much weight in phase 1 either, its phase 2 where I am finding the pounds dropping off.

As your a big guy like me I would recommend starting a Fitday account(just google it) its free, and you can enter your height weight and keep a record of what your eating and keep a good track on your progress. I think as long as you stick to it faithfully the pounds will fall off you. I would also make a note of your measurements as well (on fitday) as when you see yourself losing inches it will inspire you to keep going. I read on Marks Daily Apple that keeping carbs to a max of 50 grams a day will promote weight loss, thats what I am doing but its entirely up to you.

Hopefully your feeling better already with more energy etc, so maybe go for a walk each day or up your excrcise level to help things along.

Stick with it and I am sure you will see quick results,
Good luck and keep posting, let us know how your getting on.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
