I'm pretty addicted to chocolate like some people are to coffee and other things, my favorites being lindt 90% cocoa bars, and bakers unsweetened chocolate. Serious chocolate.
My question is, would one serving size be ok occasionally, or daily, or not recommended? I'm not sure where chocolate falls on the OK scale.  Undecided

Hi Joy
As kenney said: keep the quantities small and make sure it's high-quality, high cocoa dark chocolate. A couple of square a couple of times per week should be fine. There are health benefits to dark chocolate, if it's consumed in moderation.
It's just a shame for me I don't like dark chocolate...

I get the 71%  Swiss dark chocolate from Trader Joe's (I love that place lol)   the serving size is 2oz, but I can't eat that much chocolate in one sitting so I stick to 1oz.

I usually eat a piece whenever I am feeling blasé, it helps keep my mind sharp!  Cheesy

Thanks for the Tips. I usually have about a half serving of 100% unsweetened cocoa a day. I used to put it in coffee sometimes, but I've been chopping it up with the nuts the last couple of days.  Lips sealed
