100 wallball shots with 50 lb medicine ball.
100 60 lb.  deep squat kettle ball swings.
Superset 4 200 yard dash with 4 sets of 10 reps doing 85 lb. log curl and press.
I was soo close to barfing. Grin

Wow.  That is a hard one man.  I do not know if I could do half that.  I think it would be a good idea to start this off a little easier.  I would also have to have someone with me to carry me out to my car.
