Good evening all,

I love this quote by George Bernard Shaw and thought I would share it here. I posted it at my desk when I had the work of two people piled on me - necessary work, but the sheer volume of it would have made it easy to complain and get nothing done. So, I let this be my guide. I love the idea of being "a force of Nature." Sounds primal and powerful, doesn't it? Here's the quote:

This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.

And because I love a bargain, here's a two-fer (two for the price of one) from GB Shaw:

You are going to let the fear of poverty govern your life and your reward will be that you will eat, but you will not live.

Amen. What more is there to say?

I hope one of these inspires you or starts you contemplating (maybe the better of the two?).

Take care.

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
