well i started on phase 1 last Tuesday and so far i have followed it almost a 100% except in the mornings i eat 1-2 boiled eggs.
my first question is why does it say that you should only drink lots of water in the morning when i keep hearing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? ^^ and i have also heard people saying that fasting the entire day and eating only one meal is just a quick way to get thin but the weight will come back once you start eating normally is that what phase 3 is for? so far i have really enjoyed this lifestyle and i haven't enjoyed my dinner like i have the past few days and i really want to live this lifestyle forever because i feel so right eating like this Tongue
hope to hear from someone! Smiley

stage one is just to get you to stop craving junk food and start you craving healthy foods.  I skipped right to stage 3 when I started this lifestyle because I was already craving healthy foods. I just used it as a guideline to eat healthier than I was.  some people have their feasts in the morning rather than at night, its all on preference of when you want your feast to be. If you starve yourself then your body will cling onto every calorie you put into your body so when you start eating many times during the day after the fasting period then your body will cling onto those calories until your metabolism adjusts. I think most of that weight that people gain back is because people tend to binge eat after a fasting period.

Lunch is my most important meal of the day, I can do without eating breakfast some days (not really hungry right after I wake up). so that statement too is a matter of preference.

hope this has helped!

I agree that the biggest meal should probably be morning or lunch rather than at night. The problem is however that it's at dinner that we tend to meet socially with family and friends so it's more difficult to sit down and eat a handful of nuts, a piece of fruit and glass of water when everyone else is gorging themselves. Not to mention if you're going to a restaurant. So I tend to make dinner my big meal.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
