This diet works! I've been on the diet for 6 weeks now and I have lost 30 lbs. I took 5 weeks on stage 1 and now I'm 1 week into stage 2. I feel so great!! (and hungry sometimes). My strength and stamina have improved, and being 30 lbs lighter makes everything I do easier.

Last week I went one a back country wilderness trip with a 40 lb pack, hiked everyday, did 15 min workout everyday, and gained couple pounds.... of muscle!

Hello

That is AWESOME!!!  I just started the plan.  What nuts and berries have you been eating and what were you eating for dinner?  What exercise were you doing?  I have tried so many diets but this one seems to be working so far.
