Has anyone else had dioherra or upset stomach? About 2-3 hours after eating my first meal of the day my stomach growls and I have to run to the bathroom. This has happened for 2 nights on the trot, has anyone else had this? Apart from this I feel great and love doing this diet

Any radical change in your diet could cause changes in your bowels. Make sure you stay hydrated if you want to try to push through it, or adjust your diet and graze a little during the day till your system adjusts.

I am new to stage two also and it's sent my stomach crazy; when i eat my evening meal my stomach gets really bloated and it hurts alot... but i've just been eating less for that meal to combat it, and it's sort of working although i'm very hungry indeed, i suppose only time will tell.  Undecided  Roll Eyes

I found that grazing during the day keeps your stomach ticking over. Lots of water as suggested, to stop yourself dehydrating.

No upset stomach after eating for me, but I woke up this morning feeling extremely nauseated and weak to the point of being unable to function.  I had a couple glasses of water and went back to bed.  Luckily today is my day off, but if this happens again I will have to make some changes to this diet because I have places to go and things to do in the morning.  I hate to switch it up, as I've already lost 5 pounds just the first 2 days of stage 2, but being sick in the mornings just isn't going to work for me.

So forget the stages, and just eat the right stuff when your body tells you it's hungry.
