SUMMARY - I have been on this 2+ weeks and I have not felt better in 10+years; more active, get up ealry in the morning refreshed, eating habits changed, back/stiffness almost completely gone, a lote more energy and clarity in thinking. It is amazing how this really works and I have lost weight also. It goes against the orthodox eating of 3 meals a day, however, since I like to eat dinner this really changes everything for the better for me.

I am still in stage one and could probably continue that stage. My dinner habits have changed for the better throughout the stage.

I graze on dry roasted almonds all day with some very lean meat (which is not mentioned to be used in stage one) as wells as some very good dried fruit from Sensible Foods.

The Advice I am asking Is this ok to continue with the foods I am grazing on and is there other alternative  foods to graze on throughout the day to add more choices other than vegeatables? Thank you

Matt the founder of this website designed the stages as one possible way of achieving healthy eating. You don't have to follow it strictly if it doesn't suit you...... for example i jumped straight in at stage 3.... stage 1 is meant to get you sick of eating junk food.... you don't say what you're having for your feast?....if it's healthy, then you're more or less on stage 2/3....... just do what you feel is right for you.

You can graze of fruit/veg/nuts/seeds ( i like sunflower ) /cooked meats/ hard boiled eggs.

Good luck

Hey Bueller,

Glad things are working so well for you, I'm also on my second week of stage one and I feel so much better in all respects. During the day I am grazing on mixed unsalted nuts and seeds and a little fruit, then my feast is anything I have at home that is not allowed in phase 2 like burgers etc.

Good luck with it, would like to hear how you progress, I intend to post weekly with updates on how its working for me

Best of luck
