Heyia all

wanna share my story so far

i had been practicing the caveman/warrior diet for 2 months now , i started it to lose weight and gain general health benefits,

i skipped phase 1 since i was already eating healthy before and had no junk food craving so jumped stright to phase 2 mix with phase 3,
which is basically this:

around 3 or 4 days of the week i am fasting during the day , and around 3 days i am grazing on some fruits during the day.

the first few weeks were not that easy , i remember week 3 was specially hard , i got real hungry during the day and was not felling all that good in general.

that all went away when i started out the second month . now i honestly say that eating during the day actually looks really strange for me , i am never hungry and i also don't crave nothing , this is really wonderful and gives a great aspect of freedom into my life.

regarding the results... well .. they are great !

lost 16 lbs , which is a great speed of 2 lbs per week , feels very healthy and right , lost fat and i did not lose any muscle that i notice of ( i am doing light workout 3-4 times per week , every day i walk around 40 minutes)

felling good in general , the fast hours are very nice , my mind is sharp , my body is light and easy ,
after the meal i allow myself to relax   and i actually enjoy the heaviness that comes with it , like i earned it.

now after 2 months , i feel i earned a real great life style , really loving it and i cant imagine going back to SAD diet and "normal" way of eating.

if you have any questions about my process i would love to answer it

Cheers!
John

Way to go. Great results. It's amazing the results people can get on this diet/lifestyle with minimal restrictions.

Well done John. Its great to read about you're progress. I've just finished my first month and, like you, I fast for a few days and then graze. 10lbs gone so far and i'll soon be working out again after injury.

Sounds great. Well done. Inspiring post. I'm on day 6 and I can feel some benefits already. Look forward to reaching the 2 month period. 16lbs - That's great.

I have acheived my target weight or slightly under in 6 weeks. BMI is 25.7. Currently still on stage 2 but thinking i might move onto stage 3 now. This is the most successful diet I know - I'm almost pleased I got injured 6 weeks ago now!!

Cheesy that is so awesome to hear, u got me all excited about this diet.. I was literally feeling so bummed out last night cus i weighed myself and had gained 2lbs... I started last Wed. and the weekend wasn't too good but this week I'm doing it right.. I have 16-20lbs to loose... I exercise about 3-4 times a day cycling class and curcit training.. So I'm looking forward to it more now because of ur experience and i cant wait to see my results in 2mths! Smiley

its amazing how the cravings go away, I really never think about bread anymore and I use to love it. Now I would much rather have a bowl of strawberries with cream Smiley

Cool, you had me worried. Some people get in too big a hurry to drop weight and do more damage than good.
