hi To Everyone.
im just about to start this diet, ive researched everything about this but what im wondering is that when you read all the forums it seams that not everyone follows the diet in the way that i have read it?

I take it that after stage 2 your body should be fully clensed and your body fat leves should be way down and then you should eat lots of protien whenever you feel hungry and follow a normal diet? or am i reading in to it to much??
