Well...what a difference!....my hardest task is to remember to eat something during the day....good feasts at nite and craving healthy food 95% of the time..drink more water than I have in years....fell really good, more energy,  better digestion, losing some weight..I am a believer..going to take up scuba diving in Sept. Cheers all! Wink
