Just came back from a weeks vacation. 2 bottles of wine (myself), chocolate covered fruit, and fried oysters I put on 1.9 pounds. HOWEVER after two days back home with no added salt, the 1.9 pounds vanished. Other that the above, I stuck to the program!

Now we're heading into the holidays! Yikes!

As of today, I'm back at my normal weight of 135. I talked my husbanc into TRYING this way of eating. He has given up bread, pasta and potatoes; he's lost 15 pounds!

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
