HI all,

I started this plan just over 6 weeks ago and I can now do the 100 push ups and 200 sit ups! Grin

This is awesome!  I will definitely be trying this.  Did you perform both the sit-up and the push-up training at the same time?

I did the sit ups in the morning and the press ups in the evening.

My Sensei had us doing 111 Push-ups, situps and squats. we had 2 mins for each set of 111. sometimes he would add skipping and tuck jumps to punish the legs. Roman chairs, planks and if we were real lucky those bloody burpies. I got to say i got fit real quick doing that stuff. I think I need to start doing it again. Thanks for reminding me

Oohh, im going to do the squats, pushups and situps. Starting tonight. And I got the apps for my iphone so dont even need the pc. Sweet!!

I'm doing the push ups one, just started Week 2 this morning.

I don't get the ache in my shoulders so much as my abs - proving just how much of an ab workout push ups give you. Am loving it.
