We have just started to train people with the Hydro Bag. Filled with water but sizing similar to sandbags / power bags. The water still moves around a lot but a sight easier for those new to water training than the slosh pipe. Try it and see for yourself. Our clients are enjoying working with it (well the tougher guys and gals anyway).

Love the idea--but some of us are older not so fit females with some limitations. This would be beyond me right now, but I bet a smaller diameter pipe that was maybe shorter too, would be manageable.

Hey, Mark, thow a bone to us now and then...with 4 artificial joints, the plyometrics are not going to happen, but I bet you could show versions that are more manageable--just once in a while (please???). There are millions of us coming to this fitness thing late and slowly!

My Football coach made one of these to complement our 50 pound sand bags. If there is a trick to the tube the team and I would love to hear it.

I've worked out with a slosh tube myself....it's incredible. I'm happy to see other people torturing themselves during their workouts.
